Minecraft behaves as if the ctrl key was pressed even though it was not pressed

sometimes chat in minecraft behaves as if I had pressed ctrl all the time even though I didn't press it
(so, for example, when I press a, EVERYTHING I've written so far is deleted and I have to write exactly the same thing again, it's annoying when it happens all the time)
(others programs/games with I use dont have this problem)

In video we can see that I dont press ctrl + a but only a and the entire chat was selected (and deleted because first the mc thinks that I press ctrl+a and only then just a)

(I added an on-screen keyboard for confirmation)
