[MC-270185] Wither's AI doesn't clear its bossbar health while receiving the fatal attack.

Although the server and client in the following picture was modified, the bug could be found in vanilla server and client.

This is actually a duplicate of MC-187151. I only searched for "bossbar" and thus not seeing it until now, sorry.
