[MC-270313] Me And My Friends And Family Cannot Join My Servers When They Are Available

When I Try To Join My Friends And Family, I Cannot. This Is Because All Servers I Try To Join, Even On LAN, Say "No Further Connection" On Them. Mojang, Please Resolve This Bug.

I Have Found That It Also Affects Bedrock. Wonder if it's made it's way to preview.
