Mojang uses English. Mojang will need to read it in English to fix the problem.

I used water source blocks changed from flowing water. Also, the bubbles BREIFLY appear in the recording. This is why you can not see the bubbles.

I Have Found That It Also Affects Bedrock. Wonder if it's made it's way to preview.

It affects people who have the local internet but it says they cannot.
