Two creeprs exploded and remained frozen afterwards.
First "frozen" creeper unaffected by explosion of second.

Unfortunately I saved and reloaded the world. Creepers and several ghost dirt blocks were gone on reload.
Problem resolved?
If it repeats I'll do a force crash.
Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while ingame and attach the crash report here.
