[MC-270759] Ctrl + PickBlock not working on blocks with NBT data that have been modified

After copying the NBT data of a block with Ctrl + PickBlock, placing it down, modifying it, and copying it again, the new block with NBT data stores the same information as the first block, omitting the modification.

Can confirm. This bug doesn't seem to occur in version 1.20.4.
