[MC-270841] Certain Trial Chamber rooms can generate as low as -63

Certain Trial Chamber rooms can generate as low as -63 and replace bedrock as shown in the images below.

To recreate the seed is: -1124093563120866764 and the coordinates are -347 -60 -9
