[MC-266431] Trial chambers intersect with the bedrock layer

Trial chambers can generate low enough to intersect with the bedrock layer, allowing bedrock to interrupt the structure. Trial chambers even seem to attempt to extend below the world.

To reproduce, use the seed 132421243212 and run the following command:

/execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @p -226 -60 198

Can confirm that this issue was present in 24w18a, however, it no longer appears to occur in 24w19a. I'm resolving this ticket as fixed in 24w19a. If you encounter this problem in versions past 24w19a, please create a new report.
