Cows wont drop anything, including XP, even with looting 3. I cannot replicate in other worlds. I have a fully enchanted netherite sword (I.E. Sharpness V, Sweeping Edge III, Fire Aspect II, Knockback II, Looting III, Unbreaking III, Mending)

This sounds like it might be caused by an outdated data pack. If you have any data packs enabled, try disabling them with
/datapack disable <pack name>and check if that fixes the issue.If there are no data packs on the world, then please attach a copy of the zipped world folder to this ticket (or provide a link to it if it's too large to attach).
