End crystal still damages surrounding blocks even if /gamerule mobGriefing is turned off

Steps to reproduce:

1) Place an End Crystal on the ground.

2) Turn off mobGriefing using command "/gamerule mobGriefing false"

3) Hit the End Crystal. even though the End Crystal is an entity, turning mobGriefing does affect if the End Crystal's damage, which means damage will still be done to the surrounding terrain.

What I expected: The end crystal should not explode when mobGriefing is false

Can confirm. But you should note that this could be intentional due to the fact being mobgriefing is when mobs like creepers, endermen and zombies blow/damage builds. But I still can confirm.

lit TNT and TNT Minecarts are also entities but damage terrain when they explode. If the gamerule tntExplodes existed in java edition it'd make sense for it to control end crystal explosions too but it doesn't (which may be a bug in bedrock)

Thank you for your report!
