Stuttering for 1-1.5 seconds every 4-5 seconds on Windows 1.20.5 update

Recreating this issue as the last one got taken down as it was on optifine (Installed optifine to try and fix issue initially) Here are vanilla logs. I saw a fix previously posted to enable the Arm64 java settings in Launcher settings but I don't have that option, I also am not using the experimental launcher.

Can you please record a video showcasing the stuttering if possible? And while you're at it make sure to reduce you're render distance, it can impact the game's performance severely. Make sure to also disable any data packs/resource packs, they may also cause this issue.

I've uploaded a little under 3 minutes of gameplay, showing the smaller stutters at 2 chunks at the start into the extreme stuttering at 32 chunks and less extreme but still unplayable stutters at 16. in 1.20.4 I had absolutely no issues running the game, I was running at 32 chunks with no fps stutter whatsoever prior to this patch. Any guidance would be appreciated.

@unknown Did you try disabling you're texture packs and installed mods if you have any?

Yes, recordings are on Vanilla, issue didn't exist on .4 vanilla or prior versions

I attached my fps 3 mins after world load on the snapshot, typically fps issues would occur for ~15 seconds on world generation then stop. For some reason snapshot is worse than 1.20.6 is.

Can you still reproduce this issue in 1.20.6, or the latest snapshot? If so, try updating your AMD drivers as RX cards have been known to have issues with java programs previously.
