I updated Minecraft Java to 1.20.5, but when i wanted to use my mob grinder, the creepers didn't drop gunpowder,i killed about 30 creepers, but no one dropped a single item.
What I expected to happen was...:
To get gunpowder from creepers of my mob grinder.
What actually happened was...:
I didn't get gunpowder with my looting 3 sword, i killed more than 30 creepers without any drop.
Steps to Reproduce:
Update to 1.20.5 (Java Edition) from the official launcher and try to get gunpowder from creepers

No problem. I'll resolve this as a duplicate of MC-269887, as this is caused by outdated data packs.
Do you have any outdated data pack in your world?
