[MC-271416] Crafting an item using the bottom row of a crafting table refunds the materials

Crafting an item using the bottom row of the 3x3 crafting grid will refund the items but into the bottom row.

Items in the middle row will sometimes duplicate.

Items in the bottom row will not duplicate
