[MC-271656] Double-tapping in spectator mode does not work like in creative mode

If I double tap while flying in creative mode, I start falling to the ground, but I cannot do this in spectator mode. If I double tap I am still flying, and I cannot enable gravity in spectator mode.

Works as intended.

Players cannot disable flying in spectator mode.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MC-46399, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.

However, that ticket has been resolved as working as intended, which means that this will not be fixed as it is not considered a bug.
