[MC-271683] Can not set container block content when using the /setblock command.

When using the /setblock command for a container e.g. chests or suspicious sand, you can not set the loot content of the block.

Used to be able to do this /setblock ~ ~1 ~ barrel{Items:[

{Slot:0,id:diamond,Count:1}

]} replace

but now with the changes you can't /setblock a container block with prefilled content

If the issue you're facing is not being able to spawn container blocks with prefilled content then I cannot reproduce, everything is okay and the command works

I used that exact command in 24w18a and it correctly produced a barrel containing a single diamond in slot 0. If you want stack sizes larger than 1 you just need to make one change from the old format: The count field now has a lowercase name.
