When killing iron golems with bow, axe or sword they do not drop poppies or iron.
When in iron farm and killed by campfire they do not drop poppies or iron. I reverted to version 1.20.1 and then both farm and manual killing drops iron and poppies.

Yeah, outdated data packs can cause mobs to not drop any items, see MC-269887. Please check whether the issue still happens after disabling all data packs via /datapack disable.
Please note that if you downgraded to an earlier version with a world you opened in 1.20.6, your world will be broken, and there is no way to repair it; downgrading is not supported.
