[MC-271866] Minecart rails dont break with TNT

I was griefing a village with minecarts and TNT, and the rails are left behind from the explosion.

I know this doesn't happen in 1.20.6, so i think its an issue in the latest snapshot

Edit : this is apparently a know issue (MC-7879)
