Your FOV doesn't immediately change when jumping onto soul sand/soul soil while having the slow falling effect and wearing soul speed boots

Your FOV doesn't immediately change when jump onto soul sand/soul soil when you have slow falling effect and wearing a soul speed boot.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Wear a soul speed 3 boot ans place a soul sand/soul soil block in front of you.

2.Drink potion of slow falling.

3.Stand next to the soul sand/soul soil, and slightly jump onto it (only tap 1 tick W 3-4 ticks after you jump).

Observed result:

Your FOV doesn't change until you move again.

Expected result:

Your FOV will immediately change (If you don't have slow falling effect, your FOV will immediately change)
