Game crashes when mob with oozing effect is killed

Killing a mob with oozing effect seems to crash the game.

Steps on how to reproduce
1- Summon any mob, (creeper) for example.
2- Obtain potion of oozing and throw it at the mob.
3- Kill the mob and the game will crash.
