When trying to ride a horse and snapping up a block, the horse sometimes gets stuck trying to snap up a block (this used to happen occasionally but I noticed after this snapshot released it's happening at almost every block a horse tries to snap up while I'm riding it).

Additionally, please look over MC-189878 and see if it describes your issue. Based off the description alone it seems your issue is far more general, but I thought I'd mention it anyways. Clear steps to reproduce the behavior you're observing would also be very helpful.
@Jiingy it is like that but far more frequent. I remember the glitch you are referring to happening occasionally in past versions but in the latest snapshot it happens at almost every block. I've attached a video of it happening.
This seems to actually be MC-272075 which is triaged and is assigned.
