The Pillagers hold the Allays captive in their outposts and forest mansions. This denotes their hostile attitude towards the Allays. However, if they are released, the Pillagers do not attack them

@Arnav That is, it is normal for Pillagers to attack a golem released from a cage, but not to attack Allays?
Pillagers are hostile to any iron golem, and the golem retaliates. Allays cannot retaliate as they are a passive mob, and are therefore defenseless against the pillagers attacking them, if they were to do so. However I'm not sure whether this is a bug or a feature request.
@Arnav Pillagers are immediately hostile towards the golem and vice versa. And I don't see a problem with the pillagers attacking the Allays. Pillagers are villains and antagonists of the inhabitants, since they captivate and can attack defenseless creatures. Otherwise it looks very strange that they calmly react as their enemy flies away from them
