"Changes the blurriness of menu background" lacks punctuation

When hovering the mouse over the "Menu Background Blur" setting found in either [Options > Video Settings] or [Options > Accessibility settings]and reading the tooltip, it says "Changes the blurriness of menu background" which is missing proper punctuation at the end. (the little "." dot aka full stop).

All other tooltips in the options menus have seemingly correct punctuation, such as the Glint Speed option with "Controls how fast the visual glint shimmers across enchanted items.".
