Falling blocks are no longer spawned on the End obsidian platform

The Bug

When falling blocks go through an End portal, they do not appear on the obsidian platform on the other side. This issue was introduced in 24w19a and was not in 24w18a and below.

This affects blocks which are affected by gravity, such as sand, gravel, anvils, dragon eggs, etc.

How to Reproduce

1. In a 24w18a/1.20.6 world, drop a block of sand into an end portal from a few blocks up.

2. ✔ Note how it appears in the End on the obsidian platform.

3. Now, in a 24w19b (or later) world, drop a block of sand into the end portal from a few blocks up.

4. ❌ Note how it doesn't appear in the End on the obsidian platform.
