I was trying to build a randomizer using shulker boxes but had the issue of the items coming out of the box. I couldn't find any fixes online and looked it up and they should not do that. I don't know to do and I need a randomizer for my build.

The items feed into the hopper from the shulkerbox because the shulkerbox is directly above the hopper. To prevent this from happening, lock the hopper using redstone (e.g. redstone torch). This is working as intended.

If you place a shulker over a hopper, the hoppa taks all of the items in the shulker
