[MC-272448] teleporting to an ender pearl plays nether portal travel sound

Upon landing of an ender pearl and teleportation, the block.portal.travel sound is played on top of the normal entity.player.teleport sound.

Chorus fruits, endermans and shulkers are not affected.

To repeat the bug throw an ender pearl on the ground in snapshot 24w21a or 24w21b.
