I can't open minecraft without it crashing with a code -1073740940

Can you please provide more information on how this happens? Do you have any outdated mods installed?

if nothing helps, you can simply uninstall minecraft and then reinstall it, that should solve the problem

i tried reinstaling it and i dont have any mods and the only information i have is that when ever i press play on minecraft launcher it gives me the exit code -1073740940 and i tried everything that i found on the google and youtube

@unknown When did this start to occur? You can also try creating a new installation in the Minecraft launcher. If that doesn't seem to help, try updating you're operating system/graphics drivers.
