The Bug:

Players cannot traverse dimensions when throwing ender pearls into portals while riding entities.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Construct a nether portal and obtain an ender pearl.

2. Place down a boat in front of the nether portal and begin riding it.

3. Throw an ender pearl into the nether portal and wait.

Observed Behavior:

Players cannot traverse dimensions.

Expected Behavior:

Players would be able to traverse dimensions.
