[MC-272646] Enchantments added/combined in anvil doesn't retain order

Since 1.20.5 enchantments does not retain order in which they were added to the item / combined. This applies to enchanted items and enchanted books.

Does MC-268896 describe your issue? It have different repro steps, but the overall result it pretty similar.

It looks like the result is the same and the "need" to reload the world is fixed.

It's a shame it is "working as intended", it is not great for people with ocd, and the "random" order of the enchantments does not help
