When spawning a text display with a rotation and a text field like this under, it spawns but not rotated the right way. But after waiting a few seconds it fixes itself.
/summon text_display -24.9 22.65 -5 {Rotation:[-90F,0F],text:'{"text":"Options","bold":true,"color":"red"}'}
Note that it's the same issue for any rotation value apart from [0F,0F]
which works normal.

You see that start is always fine.
Tried to add right_rotation, left_rotation, interpolation_duration, etc. and set them to 0 but it doesn't fix it
