[MC-272796] block.portal.travel still does not play when entering the exit end portal

The bug

Despite the fix of MC-272547, the portal travel sound still not playing for the exit end portal.

How to reproduce

Create an End portal in the overworld and pass through it
→ ✔ the sound is played
Defeat the Ender Dragon and pass through the exit end portal
→ ❌ the sound isn't played

After consideration, the issue is being closed as Working as Intended.

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
