[MC-272814] Entering an end gateway does not consistently grant the Remote Getaway advancement

The Remote Getaway advancement is not always granted when using an end gateway. This occurs both when using ender pearls and when simply moving into it.
This is not a regression of MC-270749 since there is no consistent way (from what I can tell) to get the bug to occur.

To reproduce

/advancement revoke @s only minecraft:end/enter_end_gateway

Throw an ender pearl through a naturally generated gateway
Repeat steps 1-2 until the advancement is not granted

The following demonstrates the bug with the first gateway to naturally generate on seed -1768633086023783819.

I cannot get the advancement at all by throwing an ender pearl into a gateway.

Just encountered this myself, can confirm. Only thing I have been able to gather is that the advancement being awarded strongly correlates with the teleport sound effect not being played when the pearl is thrown into the portal.

If the player teleports to the outer end islands, and then travels through a gateway, the player does not travel back to the main island

@unknown I can't reproduce that (always get teleported back to the platform or corresponding gateway), and in any case it's unrelated to this ticket. If that's an issue for you please make a new ticket with a video of the issue occurring with F3 open.
