[MC-272863] Music disc descriptions not changing

I made a minecraft resource pack and I can't change the description of music discs.

en_us.json:

"item.minecraft.music_disc_5.desc": "Test",
}

I can rename it to Hello but can't make test work. (Pack version 34)

The translation strings were changed from item.minecraft.music_disc_<disc_name>.desc to jukebox_song.minecraft.<disc_name>. Duplicate of MC-272378.
