When the launcher is reinstalled it deletes EVERYTHING including capes. I am also pretty sure that i got the migrator cape at one point. Please restore the capes. Thank you! A possible reason for this is that it replaces the old .minecraft with a new .minecraft ALL PARTS OF THE MINECRAFT LAUNCHER/MINECRAFT ARE AFFECTED BY THIS BUG
