The Breeze mob doesn't move its head.

The Breeze mob doesn't move its head.

The Breeze like any other mob is supposed to move its head to look at a player or any other mob naturally or when attacking it.

In MCPE, for example, the Breeze mob does moves his head to look at an entity or player.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Spawn a Breeze mob with a spawnegg or commands (/summon minecraft:breeze).
2. Observe what was mentioned.
