[MC-273026] Turtles get stuck in boat with chest

Drive boat with chest into blocks near turtles until it stops, bail out, wait for turtles to move around, eventually they get stuck in your boat and block you from entering the boat. See attached screenshot. Happened several times already.

MC-126023 Turtles seem to get on an empty boat and be unable to move unless beaten by the player. They even move with the boat if the player uses it. Resolved
