In Minecraft we can prevent powdered snow effect using leather boots and we can also use leather boots to climb powdered snow without ladders or vines

Snowier snow!
Wear Leather Boots to prevent yourself from sinking into Powder Snow blocks
Freezing
Wearing any piece of Leather Armor prevents freezing entirely
