The bug :

The boat's hitbox can glitch, so, you can be stuck in a block when rowing, or, in a very buggy animation when you stand up.

My experience :

I was rowing my boat, then the boat's hitbox glitched. Then I got out of my boat, and when I sat down again, I was in a very buggy animation for a few seconds. (3 seconds or so), I don't know if this bug is old or not, but, in any case, it happened.
