/tick freeze doesn't prevent Elder Guardian Eye-Tracking and Animation

The Elder Guarian's Eye tracks and animations after command /tick freeze is executed.

Steps to Reproduce:

[Step 1] Summon or Locate an Elder Guardian, face it such that the 'face/eye' is visible
[Step 2] Enter console command: /tick freeze
[Step 3] Move around and observe changes in the Elder Guarian's eye location

Observed Results:

While /tick freeze is enabled, the Elder Guarian's eye will track the player as if /tick freeze hadn't been enabled.

Expected Results:

The Elder Guarian's eye should stop tracking and stop updating it's animation/location of the tracking.
