[MC-273435] Chorus fruits only teleport players with an elytra to the ground.

When flying with an elytra, eating a chorus fruit it teleports you to a random spot on the ground, instead of randomly in the air.

Chorus fruits never teleport you in the air; only to the ground, even if you are wearing an elytra.

Can confirm, but maybe intentional.
