[MC-273498] Voltunary Exile Discription message(iam german and my english is not the best)

The Discription of the achievement "Voltunary Exile" ist wrong

Steps to Reproduce:

Observed Results:
If you hover over the achievement the discription ist out of date xD

Expected Results

Its out of date because you can go in villages if you not drink the ominius bottle.
