[MC-273857] Soul Speed can be applied to Leggings.

So I just checked that Soul Speed can be applied on leggings, when it should only be applied to boots.

Sorry I didnt knew that was a feature.

I was unable to reproduce. You were in creative mode when you applied the enchantment? And did you apply it via anvil?

Yes I was in creative and applied it via anvil.
