[MC-273992] Crafter needs to be mined with stone tools to be dropped

I even think that's my trick

location:data/minecraft/tags/block/needs_stone_tool.json

and there's a "crafter" id in it

Isn't this intentional? What's so weird about it?

The crafter dropping by hand is intended. So why is the crafter in this tag when it doesn’t even work for the crafter?
