While creating my resource pack, I discovered that some "UI Buttons" that can be highlighted by having the cursor on it, remain highlighted after an interaction.
This includes buttons like the Recipe Book, Menu Buttons, Sliders Handles and probably more, this happens in every menus such as player inventories, containers, menus...

This "bug" as been in the game since version 1.19.4
I've not involved the use of any mods or texture packs
