Trial vaults can't be opened with a key on off-hand

STEPS TO RECREATE

1. Stand in front a trial vault that has't been opened before.

2. Hold a trial key in you offhand

3. Right click

Observed result: The trial vault makes a sound but does not open.

Expected result: The trial vault opens properly, dropping loot.
