After the GUI background removal, there appeared bigger gap between available and selected section in Select Resource Packs screen for some reason. This results in not only a weirder look and inconsistency between the buttons below, but also bad design on the default resolution. The images of the available packs are just entirely touching the edge of the screen and cuts off the paddings of the menu sides. There is no reason why would it be that badly shifted. Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
