Depleting a Respawn Anchor doesn't play any sound

Since 24w20a, respawning in the Nether with a Respawn Anchor doesn't play the block.respawn_anchor.deplete sound.

To reproduce:

1. Go to the Nether

2. Place a Respawn Anchor

3. Right Click it five times with Glowstone

4. Die and respawn
   ❌ Listen if it makes a sound when respawning
