Since the launch of the new "Tricky Trials" update, the Ender Chest is presenting a visual glitch, where when opening, it appears closed, and when closing, it appears as open

Hello, this is happening on a multiplayer server that I have with some friends, just opening and closing the chest a few times causes the glitch to happen, I will send a screenshot below with F3 open

I've had this occur to me in the past a few times, but it was a ping/lag-related issue and purely client-side.
Can you please share your average ping to the server, in case that is the issue? You can view this by pressing F3+3.
Additionally, MC-49060 may be relevant if the issue is not ping related.
How did you reproduce this issue exactly?
Also, if you have resource packs enabled, see if disabling them helps.
I am unable to reproduce this in a vanilla multiplayer server. Even when trying something from this comment it still did not occur.
I have a few extra questions as well:
Are you able to come up with a way to reproduce this issue, or a possibly/probable cause for it?
Can other members see this functionality, and have they encountered it before themselves?
Do you have any server plugins, datapacks, or mods?
What happened leading up to this issue occurring?
How long has your server been up for, and does a restart solve the issue?
To reproduce the visual glitch, I just open and close the ender chest a few times and the bug occurs, the other members can see the visual glitch, the one who showed me the bug was actually a friend, there is no Datapacks or Mods installed and I don't have any resource packs activated, a restart solves the problem, and I created the server in 2021
This seems to be a server-side issue rather than a client-side one.
I cannot reproduce this issue on a multiplayer server either.
If possible, could you share a world download of your server to see if your bug occurs in the same environment?
Is this in a single-player, or multiplayer server? Additionally, please provide steps to reproduce this same behavior consistently. A screenshot with F3 open would also be helpful, to verify you are playing in on a vanilla instance of the game.
