I tried different skins, selecting default skins, restarting, etc but my skin doesn't shows up in either multiplayer or singleplayer

This issue is usually caused by malware or other software that is interfering with Minecraft.
If you have this issue, check whether you have any incompatible software installed, and if so, remove it from your computer.
Also, try to run a Adware & Malware Scan (e.g. Malwarebytes Adwcleaner & Anti-Malware), and report back if this issue occurs after a full scan and clean.
