Even if you're not raiding, when a witch attacks a ravager or witch, it attacks them with a healing potion or a regeneration potion

I've attempted to reproduce this but I cannot get the ravager and witches to fight. How did you achieve this?

This bug is a vindicator with Johnny NBT to become the leader and instruct other witches within a 7x7x7 range to call in reinforcements to attack a mob if the leader tries to attack them. This happened because the vindicator can attack the ravager if he has Johnny NBT.

This is because witches will use the same attacking behavior as other hostile mobs, but uses regeneration potion instead of harming potion, making them can heal other raiders in the raid, Johnny doesn't attack other illagers but will still attack ravagers and witches, causing this issue, but this is likely to be resolved as WF.
