I was playing in my survival world and all of my armor stands disappeared. I went to my barn and stables and my sheep, horses, and llamas disappeared.

Can you please provide more information? You can do so by attaching a screenshot/video showcasing the bug with the debug screen enabled. I would also like to ask if you have any mods/data packs installed?
And if possible, you can also provide a copy of you're survival world.
Did you run your world through a program similar to WorldEdit recently? Programs like that have a tendency to erase all existing mobs after having been run through the program.
